First of all we need to understand that there is no absolute and continuous happiness and our happy and unhappy time zones are temporary. In other words no one has ever been continuously happy or unhappy because these facts generally visit our life together or one leaves when another enters.
None of us can escape from sadnesses, troubles, heartaches or tears as these feelings will be constantly entering and leaving our lives time to time. I believe that what we should most consider is what do we do when an happiness is visiting our life. In other words what do we do when happiness is knocking on our doors.
Think about it please; can we all be aware of the visits of happiness ? And how do we value these times ?
For example; Are we really aware of the value of every breath, each morning we are able to weak up, every bite of our meal or the value of the time we spent with the ones we value most.
I don’t think so… So, how are we going to be more aware of what’s going on ?
